The registration fee includes

Hotel and travel is not included in the registration fee. Please make your own hotel and travel arrangements.   



Registration becomes valid upon confirmation of the registration fee transfer received by the Munich Re Foundation.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by mail, fax or e-mail to the Munich Re Foundation.

Cancellations received or postmarked up to and including 15 October 2013 will receive a refund less a € 50 administrative fee. All cancellations received postmarked later than 15 October 2013, are non-refundable. However, if you send a replacement, any participant fee already paid can be set off against the new registration, but the participant fee shall be that in force when the replacement registers.


By registering, the participant agrees, accepts, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to assert a claim against the organisers should the holding of the 9th International Microinsurance Conference 2013 be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate changes to the programme.

Applicable law

All legal relations between the participant of the 9th International Microinsurance Conference 2013 and the Munich Re Foundation shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany without regard to its conflict of law rules.
